    • We utilize high-quality videography, drawing on James’ film background, to create compelling visual narratives, especially effective for unique properties (optional, tailored to strategy).

    • We develop professional property brochures and materials.

    • We arrange for floor plans to provide buyers with clear spatial understanding (optional).

    • We secure print advertising space for open house announcements as needed.

3. Launching Your Listing & Strategic Marketing

  • MLS Exposure: Your property is listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), making it visible to agents across the region.

  • Broad Online Syndication: We ensure maximum exposure through Coldwell Banker's extensive network (including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) and other premier platforms like the Los Angeles Times, NYTimes.com, and WallStreetJournal.com, reaching buyers locally and globally.

  • Targeted Social Media: We leverage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to showcase your property with engaging content and targeted promotion. We also feature property videos prominently on platforms like YouTube.

4. Showcasing Your Property

  • Open Houses: We typically host public open houses during the initial launch period (e.g., first two weekends) to generate interest and gather valuable feedback, advertised both online and locally.

  • Broker Previews: We engage the local agent community through Broker caravans (where applicable).

  • Private Showings: We coordinate and facilitate private showings for interested buyers at times convenient for you whenever possible.
