James Martin began his real estate career in 2005 selling homes in Pasadena and Greater LA and has sold millions of dollars’ worth of residential and income properties over the past decade.

In his spare time, James likes to run and climb at his local climbing gym.  He is an avid hiker and loves the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountain chains which he hikes with his daughters every week.  He is also a volunteer with the County's Special Districts department that oversees the nature preserves.
